Exchanges and Returns
You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be observed: The product must be returned in its original packaging; The product must be returned without any signs of use or consumption, that is, in the same condition as it was received; The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accompanying accessories. We do not exchange products with an unsuitable size for the customer: We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products to avoid errors in size selection. As stated in the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to make exchanges due to consumer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other reason. IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met. HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN Send an email to sacmirrabella@gmail.com and inform: Product name; Order number; Email registered for the purchase; Reason for exchange or return; VIDEO PROVING THE DEFECT. Once all issues regarding the product return have been confirmed, we will inform you of the return address and reimburse you for the product and shipping costs. REFUND METHODS Credit card refund: this refund may appear on up to two billing statements after the return is processed by the payment gateway. PIX - Transfer to the customer's account, which may be completed within 10 business days after confirmation of the return.
